About this Artwork
This expressionistic woodcut of the artist's grandfather was made by carving into linoleum. The remaining surface of this rubber-like material was covered in ink and then transferred to paper like a stamp.
Ariana Prado is a first generation Mexican-American, born in Staten Island, New York in 1993. She grew up in the Bronx, New York and lived in Cuautla, Mexico during her childhood. Her artwork includes a combination of both important objects and memories of her family living in both places.

Archival Pigment Prints
All prints are printed on Epson Enhanced Mat from high-resolution scans or photographs of the original artwork. These prints are considered archival pigment prints and are available in open editions.
The original artwork is also available, but all original sales are final, and no returns can be made for original artworks.
Prints and Framing are made to order. Please allow up to 20 days for your order to be fulfilled.
